Suggested Use for Echinafresh
|

First day: 60 drops (1.5 mL or 1/3 tsp) in 2-3 ounces of water four times daily. Second day or for normal use: 40 drops (1 mL or 1/4 tsp) in 2-3 ounces of water three times daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before using. Cloudiness or settling is a natural occurance, and does not affect the freshness or quality of this product.
