We prepare our St. John's Wort Extract from fresh (undried) flowering and budding tops of Hypericum perforatum plants. Fresh herb/menstruum ratio: 1:1.5 Contains certified organic grain alcohol (52-58%) & St. John's Wort extractives.

Suggested Use for St. John's Wort

Shake well before using. Two to five times per day take 30 to 40 drops in a little water.
