K-9 Weight Loss is specially designed for the nutritional challenges of overweight dogs. This specialty formula
contains Garcinia cambogia, a small, pumpkin-shaped fruit indigenous to Southeast Asia. It is the most abundant
source of hydroxycitric acid (HCA), which is a fruit extract with applications inhibiting fat synthesis & appetite
suppression. HCA inhibits citrate lyase, a key enzyme that is necessary for fatty acid production.
Chromium Picolinate has been used as a dietary supplement to improve glucose tolerance. Chromium is an
essential nutrient in normal carbohydrate metabolism, and enhances lipid metabolism. Chromium Picolinate has
also been shown to lower LDL blood cholesterol levels and increases HDL blood cholesterol levels.
