Suggested Use for Life Shield Throat Defense Spray - Plain

At the first sign of a tickle or a scratchy throat, or an environmental exposure, place the sprayer close to your mouth and spray 3-4 squirts back toward your throat. Be extremely careful not to spray the mist into your eyes.
