Carbohydrates are the premium fuel for athletic performance. High carbohydrate intake may povide a significant positive effect on athletic performance. Suggested Use for Carboplex
|

Muscle Gains: Mix 1/2 cup with 8 ounces of water, stir and take 30 minutes prior to workout. Take antoher 1/2 cup with 8 ounces of water 20-30 minutes after workout.
For Extra Calories: Take as above, plus two (2) other times during the day, preferably 1-1/2 hours before meals.
