Ingredients of Cod Liver Oil

Each capsule contains 1000 mg of cod liver oil, source of Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, providing 110 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and 100 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and source of vitamins A and D providing 300 mcg of Vitamin A (as retinol) and 2.5 mcg of Vitamin D (as calciferol). Each capsule also contains 5 mg of lipase.
Fish gelatin, glycerin, natural orange oil, caramel and mixed tocopherols (Vitamin E).
