Suggested Use for Sinus Formula

Adults and children age 13 and older: 4 capsules with water, three times a day between meals.
Children ages 9-12: 3 capsules three times a day between meals with warm water.
Children ages 5-8: 2 capsules three times a day between meals with warm water.
Children ages 2-4: 1 capsule three times a day between meals with warm water.*
For difficult cases, take every 5 hours. For chronic and severe sinusitis, take with the Infection Formula for quick results.
Children under age 6: open the capsules and pour the powder into a tablespoon. Mix the powder with warm water (add honey, if desired) and then have your child swallow.
