Suggested Use for Water Retention Formula

Adults and children age 13 and older: 4 capsules 2 times a day on an empty stomach or between meals.
Children ages 9-12: 3 capsules 2 times a day between meals.
Children ages 5-8: 2 capsules 2 times a day between meals.
Children ages 2-4: 1 capsule 2 times a day between meals.
For children under age 6: open the capsules and pour the powder into a tablespoon. Mix the powder with warm water (add honey, if desired) and then have your child swallow.
