Suggested Use for Dandelion Root Tea
|

The infusion method: Place 1-2 tsp. of the herbal tea into a cup and add no more than 6 oz. of boiling water. Let steep for 2-3 minutes and then strain off the herbs. The decoction method: Place 1-2 tsp. of the herbal tea into a 6-8oz. of boiling water. Continue to boil for 3-5 minutes and then strain off the herbs. Add honey to sweeten.

| I’m 32 years old. I started using Dandelion Root Tea 4 months ago .I use Dandelion Root Tea everyday and build red blood cells in my body, I hadn’t been complimented on my skin since I was in high school.Dandelion Root Tea absolutely wonderful.
