Suggested Use for Fibersol Powder
|

Take one rounded teaspoonful (4.7 g) one to three times daily. Fill a standard 8 oz. glass with cool water. Sprinkle a rounded teaspoonful of FiberSol into the liquid. Stir briskly and drink immediately. An additional glass of liquid is helpful.
