PCOs are a special class of water soluble bioflavonoids that are potent antioxidants. In some comparative tests, PCOs were found to be 50 times more potent than Vitamin E and 20 times more potent than Vitamin C. PCOs Beneficial Effects the release of histamine from mast cells thereby reducing the adverse effects of histamine. PCOs support capillary strength.
