Suggested Use for Arnica montana 30C

Sublingual medication. Place tablets under tongue when mouth is in natural condition, 15 minutes before or half hour after eating, brushing
teeth, or drinking anything but water. Adults: 3 tablets 3 times a day. Children 2 to 12 years of age: Half adult dose. Children under 2: Consult a doctor.
